    I have been advised and understand all components of my itinerary.  This includes but is not limited to dates, times, airline, destination, cancellation/change penalties, baggage fees, and documentation requirements for domestic and international travel.

    I have been advised of the benefits of travel protection and the possible repercussions of not purchasing it.
